Favela have brought to you a wide range of beautiful quirky fun designs in five funky groups - Animals, Girly Girls, Monsters & Aliens, Boys Will Be Boys and Seaside. We have chosen these groups to appeal to all age groups from 6 months to adult and both male and female... keep checking our website for new designs, or sign up to our newsletter via our contact page to be kept up to date with all the exciting things happening at favela.

Based in the picturesque holiday town of St Ives in Cornwall Favela makes funky and fun designs influenced by their surroundings and experiences whilst travelling.
The label Favela was officially launched in 2008 and the shop studio is located in The Drill Hall off Chapel Street, but you can also shop online enabling you to get hold of one of these beautiful and funky handmade hoodies.
So what makes a Favela special?
Well, for a start each design is hand crafted using a sewing machine and hand stitching. The textiles are sourced and chosen from recycled vintage fabrics and are selected to complement tone, shade and texture. Other items such as goggly eyes, glitter and buttons are than carefully applied to personalise each design.
The plain hoods come in a wide range of vibrant colours and available in all standard sizes from infant to adult. The Tote bags are distinctive and available in 4 neutral colours and our smocks are hand made in Cornwall and are available in 7 strong colours. Each item is decorated and personalised with one of the many different individual designs available from our categories, including funky fruits, fun animals and monsters, love hearts, sea creatures, aliens and boys toys.
When you make a handmade Favela purchase, you are truly buying a piece of art, as no other one is the same. Each design is individual and well thought out and to complete the process, each garment will have the unique Favela signature patch sewn onto it.
